About JSR Construction
JSR Construction, LLC ("JSR Construction," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed home remodeling and construction company based in Mukilteo, Washington, serving the Eastside and Greater Seattle area.
Use of the Site

Project Engagement
Submitting a project inquiry through the Site does not create a contract. The Terms here govern only your use of the Site itself.
Estimates and Quotes
Any pricing or timeline shown on the Site is illustrative. Actual project estimates are provided in writing after a site walkthrough and are valid for the period stated in the estimate. Estimates are not binding until both parties sign a project agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of JSR Construction or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Project Photography
We frequently photograph completed projects for our portfolio. Use of any project photography belonging to JSR Construction in your own marketing or media requires prior written permission.
Third-Party Content
The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Linking does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JSR Construction disclaims all warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
